How It Works

The Connected Experience

Learn together. Practice with support. Stay connected.

01

Learn and connect

Explore your relationship goals and build practical skills across three workshops, followed by Social Nights where the learning comes to life.

What you'll explore

  • What you want in a relationship, and what you expect
  • How you communicate, listen, and express what matters
  • The habits and expectations you bring into early connection
  • Understanding your experience, and responding to another's
  • Boundaries, consent, attraction, intimacy, and sexuality
  • How to stay present and authentic when dating feels uncertain

Each workshop day ends with a Social Night — a dance class, group outing, or another shared activity.

02

Practice with support

You'll be paired for practice—not matched for dating. Beforehand you'll meet several potential partners and have a real voice in choosing whom to practice with.

Three months lets the practice move past introductions into the skills that matter later in dating: communicating needs, navigating differences, and staying connected over time.

What to expect

  • Weekly individual or paired coaching
  • Reflection and a plan for what to practice next
  • Flexible practice outside coaching
  • Feedback introduced with care and guidance

03

Keep the connection going

Graduates can join the ongoing Connected Social Club for regular events, continued peer support, and opportunities to meet people who share the experience, language, and investment in building healthy relationships.
